EMR (Environment – Mining – Reefs) is an independent consulting firm established in 2006 in New Caledonia. Specializing in environmental assessment and management, EMR operates with precision from mine to reef, throughout the territory and the Pacific region.
Our team of recognized experts combines scientific excellence, technical expertise, and deep local knowledge. We support institutions, mining operators, companies of all sizes, and individuals through long-term, locally adapted, and sustainable solutions.

Ecoloblue NC provides atmospheric water generators that produce drinking water by condensing moisture from the air.
No water bottles, no plumbing, no pipe connection needed — just a power outlet to generate pure, hot or cold water on-site.
We offer two main product lines:
• Home and office units: 30 to 60 L/day, with adjustable and switchable hot/cold water
• Industrial-grade units: 100 to 5,000 L/day, ideal for remote or collective use
With almost 10 years of experience, Ecoloblue NC has installed 200+ machines across New Caledonia and the Pacific region.
Our trusted clients include CPS, SLN, Tjibaou Cultural Centre, local councils (Lifou, Maré, Ouvéa, Poum…), tribes, private companies and individuals.
