OASIS Pacific brings together several New Caledonia-based companies committed to building a more resilient, autonomous and sustainable future for Pacific island nations.
Founded by hydrologist and sustainability expert Archibald Kissling, OASIS Pacific is rooted in over 20 years of field experience throughout the region.
Each company within the alliance operates independently, but all share a common goal: delivering practical, lasting, and locally appropriate solutions.
We work through complementarity and trust. We don’t sell products — we design answers. Our projects aren’t standardized — they are built with local actors, for their communities.
The O.A.S.I.S. acronym reflects our core values:
